You will receive your reservation voucher(s) by e-mail.
You must confirm receipt of your voucher(s).
Non compliance will result in cancelation of your tour
(Your credit card then will not be charged)
Cancelation fees (of the deposit):
- more than one week before a trip - 25%
- less than a week but more than 48 hrs before a trip - 50%
- less than 48 hrs before a trip - 100% (no refund)
(For refunds we must charge a minimum of $10.)

In case of NO-SHOW your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the booked tour.

Full refunds for trips cancelled by the operator or if your cruise ship decide change the itinerary.(for e.g. weather conditions)
All tours will be booked according to availability.
You can of course specify your preferences in the "comments" box on the "secure order" form and we will book as much as possible according to your wishes.

We accept no liability whatsoever for bookings made through this website.

Credit cards will be charged for the deposit after we have send the reservation voucher.
Your credit card statement will read either Robasacts.

All offered activities are operated by independent companies.
Saint Martin Activities acts only as the sales/reservations agent of the operators.
All activities are subject to availability and/or cancellation based on weather, itinerary changes, and attendance.
Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult on excursions.
Please be aware that nudity or topless bathing may be observed.
